Join us for stream monitoring on the Shiawassee River! We'll be collecting aquatic macroinvertebrates (water bugs) to help determine the water quality in that area of the river. We'll teach you everything on site and provide all the equipment. You do not need to get into the river to volunteer, we need help sorting the bugs we collect as well! Children are welcome if supervised by an adult.
